The licence report exported from Bridge, as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Rows whose Collection is “Peter Rabbit - old” are looked up in Bridge by their Quote number. Leave it empty to report Shopify sales only.

Re-fetch from ShopifyTick if orders or refunds changed since this period was first loaded.

What's in this report

Shopify: every Peter Rabbit / Beatrix Potter sale (SKUs containing BP), excluding samples and refunded units. VAT is taken off UK orders, and wallpaper is counted in panels.
Bridge: for each quote in the uploaded licence report, its BP lines are looked up in Bridge and converted to GBP at the exchange rate on the day the quote was fulfilled.
Both are laid out in the columns BrandComply expects. “Export CSV (BrandComply)” is the file to upload there; “XLSX with flags” is for your own checking.
