What's in this report

Every Shopify artwork sale in the period, one row per order line. Refunds show as a negative credit-note row under the original sale, so totals net off.
Licence fee: 20% of net sales for SP designs (15% when a trade discount was given), 8% for BP designs, none for the rest.
Stock cost: an artwork SKU ending -1, -2 or -3 is a set of pieces (C; A+B; A+B+C). Each piece is priced from SKU costs, once per line.
Any piece without a cost is flagged, and you can type the missing costs in straight from the report.
