Commission rates

The agent commission percentages used by the Commission report. Only customers tagged “trade” in Shopify earn commission. Their billing address is matched to a rate: USA by state, UK by city (then county), and every other country by country.

Change the rates
1. Download the current list. 2. Edit it in Excel — add, change or remove rows. 3. Upload it (Excel or CSV).
Uploading replaces every rate, so keep all the rows you still need. Columns: Country, Region, Commission %, companyName (agent), Sales (sales rep).
